We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers. This includes both cloud and customer installed systems, also connected to hardware solutions.
The Technical support resource will cover both Tier 1 and 2 responsibilities in a global team, with the development team as Tier 3. By providing excellent communication to customers and having the skills to facilitate help/assistance needed from the Product development the person delivers best in class support.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate to the customer
- Verify and describe bugs/requests from Customer
- Update KB according to findings
- Upholding SLA
- Improve our internal processes by being agile
- Engage Product development in solving customer issues
Essential (must have) skills, knowledge and experience
- English language proficiency
- 3+ years experience within support
- Experience from Zendesk
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
Personal attributes
- Flexible and able to balance between internal and customer interests
- Excellent communications skills
- Good at collaborative work
- Driven, can take a task all the way across the finish line
