We are a Swedish company, simplifying the invoice handling process for our customers with our world-leading SaaS application MediusFlow. We’ve already made over 1300 clients’ lives easier – and we’re ready for more!
As the list of customer grows, so does the need of help and support for our users in their daily interactions with our products. We assist them during their work and make sure our solution meets their needs.
To provide a high customer service level, we are looking for an additional team member to join our Customer Support team.
What will you do?
We are helping our clients with the full scope of our offering, including: data capture, workflow and ERP integration. The position includes:
- Solving customer support tickets – for both MediusFlow and data capture related issues
- Resolving technical issues with our applications and gathering relevant information from emails, logs, databases etc.
- Recreating customer issues and, if needed, document solutions to known/common issues
- Collaborating with R&D, QA and ERP departments while solving tickets
- Participating in internal projects of the technical support department
Our requirements:
- An analytical mindset
- Fluency in English
- Positive attitude, highly developed communication skills
- A strong personal drive to deliver results by finding new solutions, using your team while having fun at work
- Bachelor's degree in technical field of studies (preferred) or relevant working experience
- Experience with Windows environments and systems tools
- Familiarity with SQL language and MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of XML/XSLT standards data
- Interest in ERP systems and workflow solutions
