As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a member of the 3rd line support team and will provide support for technicians that has run into problems when working with the car. You will also work closely to our clients Engagement Center, the 2nd line support team, the Regional Car Compound and specialist departments both internally and externally.
The Technical Support values are that our client are: Hassle free, Available, Personal and They Get Car Uptime. They provide information and smart solution with high quality to get the car uptime, answer all questions and provide a sense of trust.

Ansvarsområden
You will Manage the Support request according to our clients process and values. Refine information in reports and deliver report content to other parts within our clients After Market Quality on request. You will also create and maintain a network about where to get expertise for the different areas of the car, participate at Technical presentations/conferences on the market and act as mentor for new employed Technical Support Engineer.
Arbetstider
Full time, working hours: Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00
Kvalifikationer
Experience from working hands on with fault tracing and/or repair in cars
Experience from working in a technical support role
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Fluency in English, both oral and written. Other languages are meritorious.
Driver’s license for car
Knowledge in MS Office
