We are looking for our next Technical Support Specialist Undercar colleague to join our growing team ! You will have the opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-moving company that manufactures and commercializes automotive equipment in a total shop solutions concept. The current role reinforces the company’s commitment to support its customers and distribution partners through a high quality support and continuous competence development.
The Technical Support Specialist Undercar is responsible for:
* Technical support and (service) training for undercar equipment Region Europe North.
* Secure an agile and valuable 2nd line of support for Undercar distribution partners within the region.
* Support and increase the general Snap-on Equipment portfolio competence levels at our distribution partners.
* Conducting product and service trainings to secure a premium end-customer experience.
* Secure a close dialogue with Product Management and engineering teams and generate progress reports within the area of responsibility.
The Technical Support Specialist Undercar reports to the Business Manager for Undercar Region Europe North and is part of a cross regioal expertise and support community.
Din Profil
You with either Swedish, Danish or Norwegian as native language who is fluent in English both speaking and writing. You will operate within th Region Europe North. so regular business travels are part of the role.
Furthermore, we expect you to have:
* Previous experience of Undercar Equipment products such as tools and diagnostic equipment
* Skills in mechanical and electronics
* Experience from development of retail and workshops and / or other car repair business
* Fully proficient skills in MS Office applications
You will also support and increase the competence levels at our distibution partners by mentoring and coaching as well as leading by example.
