Qualifications
As a support technician you will work independently with onsite and phone support, proactively as well as initiated by the customers.


You will be working with platform installations, test and upgrades for demo units.


Another responsibility is to keep maintenance of equipment and inventory.


Documentation is an important part of the position as well as support of roll-outs of new software 

Experience
Two years’ experience from customer support.
