What you will do:
Play the role of the professional problem-solver for one of the most innovative tech companies
Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to identify, analyze and resolve issues of a commercial or technical nature
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, offering expert advice on the use of a range of electronic devices and home appliances
Follow up with a thorough needs’ assessment and inform customers about ongoing campaigns
Resolve technical issues as they arise in a timely manner

You
Are fluent in Swedish/Norwegian/Danish or Finnish at a native level.
Very good knowledge of English – both in written and spoken language.
Customer support experience is welcome but not a demand.
Exceptional communication as well as a problem-solving mentality
Computer knowledge
Resourcefulness – the ability to multitask
A positive and adventurous attitude
Work experience in a customer/tech support role is welcome
Familiarity with TV solutions and streaming services will be considered an asset
