About the position as Technical Support
As a member of our Technical Support team you will guide and help our users with any questions. Any question. We always want to improve and develop our services further and in order to fully understand what they go through. You will set up a test environment and find out if you stumble upon the same problems as our users do.

who’s driven by the cause and with that you have a huge passion for transparency. You know that trust is a fragile thing: difficult to build, easy to lose. And now you want to blaze the trail with us and develop the most secure VPN service (it´s not a statement, it’s an ambition).

You are experienced in Linux, Windows
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
With a genuine interest in IT and technical solutions you now want to develop as person
Self-sufficient and the ability to multitask well
