Assignment Overview
Fujitsu is looking for a skilled Technical System Manager to oversee the IT systems within Construction Projects for a major client. This role is key to managing a diverse portfolio of systems, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless system operations. You will be working closely with system administrators and owners to drive the decommissioning of outdated systems, migrate data, and provide ongoing technical management. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping digital infrastructure for construction projects, working in close collaboration with top professionals in the industry.

Key responsibilities include: Advising on digital solutions aligned with business needs.
Leading technical system management related to system integrations, document migration, and system decommissioning.
Ensuring that all systems meet security and operational requirements (backup routines, MFA, etc.).
Supporting ongoing system upgrades, change implementation, and incident management.
Participating in planning, testing, and documenting important project milestones.

Key Requirements
To be considered for the role, the consultant must: Be fluent in Swedish, both in written and spoken communication.
Have a proven track record in technical system management, ideally within construction projects or related industries.
Possess a strong understanding of IT systems, including integrations and business alignment.
Have experience in project management, especially in driving technically oriented assignments.
Be available for 100% engagement from November 1, 2024 (preferred) or December 1, 2024 (latest possible start).

Meritorious Experience Experience working in construction or property management projects is highly valued.

Workplace
The work will be carried out primarily at the client’s premises in Gothenburg or Stockholm, with some flexibility for remote work by agreement.
