Your role
In the role of Test Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your proficiency in the Genesys platform and contact centre testing. You will be responsible for delivering the test strategy, test plan and test cases for the Agile Sprints covering the user journeys and the features being delivered. You should be expert in modern testing techniques and tools, including automation and exposure to non-functional testing. You will be responsible for validation of all types of testing related activities pertaining to the implementation, transition and warranty support. Required
• Knowledge of Genesys Framework, reporting, routing, call recording and multi-channel components
• Hands on experience on IVR, CTI Agent Desktop, Outbound dialer, Reporting and Call recording testing
• Experience in developing test scenarios and test cases for Complex Routing workflows/strategy including multimedia channels like email, chat etc.
• Take complete ownership and lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution
• Identify key functional-validation points across the system context and define corresponding test approach and coverage
• Strong with Test Estimation techniques
• Strong in troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
• Experience in working on Agile (Scrum) Methodology
• Experience on Performance/Load Testing
• Experience on Non-Functional Testing
Preferred
• Experience on Automating scripts creation and execution using Cyara/Hammer
