Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Tester to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Executing testing activities in alignment with the customer’s prescribed processes and testing methodologies.
Conducting technically challenging manual testing exercises to validate system functionality.
Crafting and implementing automated test cases using JUnit for comprehensive testing coverage.
Enhancing and evolving a test framework developed by the customer, utilizing Java and shell scripts for automation purposes.
Procuring and preparing test data to replicate real-world scenarios accurately.
Preparing and adapting technical test environments to accommodate both manual and automated tests.
Troubleshooting, conducting analysis, and meticulously documenting test execution outcomes.
Actively participating in requirements reviews and refinement processes to comprehend testing scope and strategies.
Ensuring thorough test coverage and maintaining clear traceability between test cases and requirements.
Demonstrating exceptional proficiency in spoken and written Swedish for effective communication.

What you bring:
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in the last 7 years in test automation on Unix/Linux platforms (backend), technical testing within complex system environments involving numerous technical integrations, and technical testing within government agency systems.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the last 7 years in Java/JavaEE7 development, including proficiency in JUnit, XML/XSD, Intellij, SQL, and tools for test management (e.g., JIRA).
Successful contribution to at least 2 projects/assignments where test automation was effectively implemented.
Post-secondary education in Data/IT or equivalent competency.
Certified ISTQB Foundation (Advanced Merit).
