Technical Tester/Analyst for Regulatory Reporting - Remote

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Tester/Analyst for Regulatory Reporting to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Evaluate requirements, test data, and expectations to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Identify and select appropriate test approaches for different reports.
Create test design specifications in Jira, a project management and issue tracking tool.
Execute or provide support for the execution of the chosen testing scope.
Assist the Senior Test Lead with tasks related to Regulatory Reporting.
Perform peer reviews and static analysis of both code and requirements.
Participate in various meetings, such as stand-up and planning meetings.

What you bring:
A minimum of 2 years of testing experience.
Good understanding of both Waterfall and Agile software delivery methodologies.
Practical knowledge of Jira & Confluence, popular tools for project management and collaboration.
Independent and proactive approach to work.
Strong self-organizing skills.
Effective communication skills in both oral and written English and Swedish.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
Understanding of data integration testing.
Testing experience within the banking and finance domain.
A passion for testing and the quality aspects of software development.

Nice to Have:
ISTQB Technical Test Analyst certification, indicating advanced technical testing skills.
Familiarity with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, C#.
Prior experience working in international teams.
Experience in API testing and knowledge of tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Swagger.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices in software development.
