TECHNICAL TRAINER

Job Description
We are now looking for a Technical Trainer to our popular client!

In this role, you will develop technical training course materials and deliver technical training course content for customers, either in classroom or on site. You will also prepare and deliver training courses in classroom or on site and follows up post-training day activities (e.g. course feedback collection, arrangement of facilities and equipment, possible corrective action on course material and equipment). It is also your responsibility to ensure safe working conditions for training course participants in accordance with PG safety instructions and regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. PLM Communication material
- Create material in terms of Power point presentations and other relevant material for effective communication
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between different stakeholders.
- Ability to translate sometimes abstract PLM information related to e.g. requirements management and feature management to easily understood communication material to the HVDC organization.

2. PLM training material
- Engage with organization to understand their specific needs and requirements related to training.
- Work closely with the PLM program team to align training and communication material with the overall program goals.
- Distilling essential elements from existing user documentation and user interfaces to create effective training materials.

Qualifications
- Documented experience from creating e-Learning courses.
- Previous experience from working with PLM transformation programs.
- Previous experience from working is HVDC is beneficial.
- Fluent skills in English, written and spoken.

Salary
By agreement.

Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start immediately and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-06-30 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our exciting client in Ludvika. Remote work is possible.
