Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm.
As part of the Business Transformation and Training team in IT, you will play a significant role in scaling multiple business groups and helping to define the IT building blocks that are crucial to enabling operations at one of the first large scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities include:
Working with and forming relationships with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to evaluate and track business process improvements to IT systems and managing training needs
Articulating and recording cross-functional business requirements to effectively collaborate with IT systems architects to improve functionality and project managing improvement deliverables
Designing and developing flexible training curricula (we're a startup - things are constantly changing!), and subsequently planning and executing the training curricula for users
Tracking and maintaining super user communities and ensuring all training curricula stays up to date

Skills & Requirements
Education/Experience
A university degree or MBA in Business, Operations, or Project Management
3-5 years working experience in Operations (Manufacturing), Project Management or Consulting
Experience working in Enterprise Applications such as ERP and/or PLM systems
Experience in classroom teaching or tutoring a plus
Experience working with Engineering a plus
Specific Skills/Abilities
Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and verbal English, Swedish a plus
Advanced skills in PowerPoint or other presentation software or experience in instructional design
A thirst for knowledge and natural sense for helping others
The ideal candidate is comfortable with technology (always tries to stay current) and has a proven track record on quickly getting up to speed on learning new software or business processes. The ideal candidate is always looking to improve on best practices and find efficiencies in ways of working.
