Description
We are looking for a committed and inspiring trainer who is passionate about people and their development.
Your Role
To be our leading technical trainer on all Josam products around the world, with the primary role to cover EMEA distributors and end user customers. This role will also include some commercial responsibility to market and sell training within the area of responsibility.
You are a member of the Snap-On Equipment Academy, EMEA with the responsibility to manage the Josam training centre in Örebro, ensuring the compliance with the Academy expectations, standards and processes.
The role will also require close co-operation with our Josam experts and sales organisation to create the best customer solutions.
To be a strong leader, leading yourself and bringing out the best in others, as well as being the Academy/training ambassador within the Josam organisation.
Required Skills and Knowledge
It is required to have several years’ experience of technical training delivery, as well as Truck & Bus workshop experience.
Good pedagogical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to explain complex technical and non-technical subjects.
Driven, inspiring self-learner with proven experience as a functional leader.
Good experience and knowledge in Truck and Bus suspension adjustment and collision repair.
Language: Fluent in Swedish and English. Other languages are an advantage.
Have a structured work approach.
Computer and administrative skills.

Desired Skills
Heavy Duty Truck driver’s license
Fork lift license



The role is based in Örebro and will require extensive domestic and international travel.
