Technical Training and Support Specialists

Sandvik Mining and Sandvik Construction are business areas within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining and construction industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.

The training department develops and delivers technical training globally for Sandvik's crushing and screening equipment, for both customers and Sandvik personnel. We are now looking for two Technical Training and Support Specialists, one to be located in Svedala, and one with location flexible, preferably in Chile, France or South Africa. Key performance areas
As a Technical Training and Support Specialist you deliver standardized technical operation, maintenance and service training for customers and Sandvik service personnel.
Your responsibilities also include:
- Development of training material
- On-site service inspections of equipment
- Technical on-line and field support of equipment

The position involves traveling internationally.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a mechanical or electrical education, with pedagogical or automation education being advantageous. You have practical experience within operation, maintenance service, commissioning and trouble shooting of equipment. Experience and knowledge in technical service training for internal and external personnel, as well as technical support of equipment, are required. A few years? experience working with cone crushers and field training and knowledge of the mining and construction industry are advantageous. You have good computer skills and have mastered MSO and Basic PLC, while knowledge of Siemens control systems, HMI/SCADA, OPC and field bus systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, in both writing and speaking, are essential. Skills in Swedish, French and Spanish are advantageous.
