Are you passionate about technology? Do you enjoy taking complex technical content and transforming it into engaging and interactive learning experiences? If so, we’d love to have you on our global team! We are a team responsible for creating and delivering technical training for learners all over the world. In this role, you’ll work with SME’s from various countries to create digital training content to support Building Management System product trainings. You’ll also be responsible for delivering training content in person or virtually as needed.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is well-versed Building Management Systems, and previous experience with Schneider Electric portfolio is preferred. The candidate has experience creating E-Learning modules that are engaging, interactive, and fun! This person will also have experience delivering training in both classroom and virtual settings.
In this role you will have major influence on the storyboard and overall design, so experience with Instructional Design, Adult Learning Theories, and ADDIE+ is a must.
We have multiple training initiatives running in parallel at all times, so you must be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have experience managing and prioritizing your projects.
Essential Functions
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to identify the content and the objectives for course development.
• Utilize ADDIE+ methodology to develop technical training content, including
- E-learning modules
- Instructional Videos
- Classroom materials (PowerPoint Presentations, participant workbooks)
- Quizzes, exams
• Deliver training to participants either virtually or in-person
• Assist in the maintenance of the hardware lab/training classroom
Required skills and experiences
• Extensive experience with Building Management Systems
• Proven track record of creating and delivering classroom trainings
• Expert-level proficiency in learning solution development software: Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere); Camtasia Studio; Adobe Captivate; Articulate Storyline 360; Microsoft Office
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform in a global team environment, collaborate with others, handle multiple projects, be flexible with change, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Strong knowledge of SCORM
• Strong knowledge of audio and video recording and production
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies
