Technical Training Coordinator Nordic

Philips Healthcare is looking for a Technical Training Coordinator on a fixed term employment contract. Your role will be to administrate and coordinate internal and external trainings as well as prompt execution of customer training bookings within Nordics. As a Technical Training Coordinator, you ensure maximum customer satisfaction and ensuring effective and efficient support by high level of team work and engagement levels.

You will be expected to work in a team environment where you are appreciated for being positive, flexible, able to cope with stress, innovative, and service-minded. This position is located in Philips' Stockholm office.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
*Plan, coordinate and communicate trainings internally and externally
*Increase customer satisfaction by maintaining high level of communication
*Evaluate, simplify and improve training processes in the Philips Education program
*Support and plan local Technical trainings within the market

Qualifications:
*Academic degree within relevant area and preferably 5 years working experience
*Strong communication skills (verbal and writing)
*Experience from Customer Service and from developing routines and processes
*Structured and good with details and looking at the overall perspective
*Scheduling and planning experience is desirable
*Fluent in Swedish and English, verbal and written. Additional Nordic language is desired
