Technical Training Program Manager

The Global Engineering Services team is looking for a Technical Training Program Manager to expand and maintain our Technical Training Center's location and curriculum offering. We are looking for a person that can realize the vision of Technical Training that Axis needs going forward: combining the strengths and in-depth attributes of face to face to training, and the flexibility of online distribution, while adding traceability and creating a learning plan for our technical staff

What will you do as Technical Training Program Manager?
Together with a team of Global Sales Engineers and Technical Training Engineers you will develop and drive internal technical education and training programs for technical roles in regional sales teams (Sales and Solutions Engineers, Academy Trainers and others) to support Axis sales goals.

You will be responsible for strategy and planning of the internal education roadmap based on Axis offering and sales strategy. You will facilitate alignment between different education and training organisations within Axis. You will create learning structure and documentation. You will assure relevance of training according to products, solution and technologies updates as well as training needs of the regions.
