We are currently looking for a Technical Utility Supervisor for our Kenvue team in Helsingborg.
Your future team
You will be part of Kenvue Facilities, which is responsible for Kenvue's premises, office, labs and production on the Kenvue Campus in Helsingborg. We are a non-prestige team and work together to provide and maintain a high internal service level as well as a very good and stimulating work environment for Kenvue's employees.
The department within Kenvue Facilities that you will belong to is responsible, among other things, for supervision, operation and maintenance, care, facility- and adaptation- projects, interior design, inventory administration and moves distributed across different roles within the team.
What will you do as a Technical Operations Supervisor?
As a Technical Utility Supervisor, you get a lot of variety in your work. You will have staff responsibility for Kenvue's operations organization, which currently consists of 6 people, and be responsible for the technical operations including energy and operational optimization in our properties. You manage the resource distribution and planning of the operating organization and are responsible for Kenvue properties developing in a positive direction.
Your tasks include, among other things:
Assigns and coordinates the day-to-day operation of all Site HVAC / Utilities
Plan a corrective / periodic / preventive maintenance plan of all site utilities based on a solid reliability system as well as responsible for setting the strategical and long term planning within the designated area based on life cycle analysis.
Assists with the estimation of design costs both within facility and site-based projects and for the selection of contractors/
Support all the Company EHS / Asset Management Programs/Assessments impacting Utilities and any energy efficiency / sustainability programs inside the area of responsibility.
Maintains all HVAC/Utilities files which are not limited to: documenting design drawings and specifications, budget and maintenance documentation, calibration.
Ensures minimal number of disturbances in production due to HVAC/Utilities systems.
Implements and complies with company safety practices, policies and procedures, recognizes and rewards safe behavior. Close on time any corrective actions impacting Utilities.
Assure compliance to Quality Requirements and any other local regulations.
Ensures that the staff have the necessary guidance and tools for effective job performance, supervises, develops, evaluates and corrects staff, when needed.
Responsibility to ensure the consolidation of adequate budget (Capex / Opex) & savings initiatives (CIP’s) in designated areas as agreed with Facility Lead.
Represents Facility in projects and meetings regarding and/or including HVAC/Utilities on
Ensures good working relationships with appropriate partnering functions, internal & external stakeholders to ensure good customer satisfaction.

We would like you to have:
Degree in civil, university engineering or
Several years of experience from the property industry and especially in a technical
Good knowledge of the Office
Driver
Speaks and understands both Swedish and English fluently.
