We are now searching for an experienced Developer to join the Technical Visualisation team. To succeed in this role, we believe you have a passion for developing world-class tools and processes to streamline and enable efficient work mainly in USD visualisation pipeline but also in a cross-functional manner in the Visualisation department. This is a strategic competence in supporting Design in future product creation. By creating a customer digital twin car dataset, improving the content creation pipeline and enabling for creation of customer experiences of tomorrow, our client creates the opportunity for the surrounding world to explore products.

 Assignment
Your main tasks are:
You will develop tools and write scripts in Python to improve the USD visualisation pipeline, some examples are; APIs for Deltagen, InstaLOD, Maya, Blender, and the possibilities of coding in C++/C# to develop experiences using Unity and Unreal.

Qualifications
We are looking for a highly driven, motivated and engaged developer that collaborates in an excellent way. You understand creative design intentions and how to balance this with technical prerequisites.

You have experience in content creation pipeline development, software development and quality assurance of embedded systems. Documented experience in Python and C++/C# as well as modern coding, testing, debugging, and automation techniques is a must. Proficient in SCM, preferably GIT. In addition to this, skills in game engine development like Unity or Unreal and a good understanding of asset creation and visualisation software is a bonus. Being familiar with Linux environment is a plus.

We believe you have a master’s degree from a university or technical college like Technical Design, Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Game Development or adequate work experience in visualisation development. You have several years of relevant experience within this technical area, i.e., from a computer game industry, CGI production company, and/or a product experience company.

Last but not least you are fluent in English since our client is a global company.
