Company Description


AI Foundation is the team within the area AI, Analytics and Data that focuses on developing Machine Learning solutions to support and/or improve different H&M group processes that range from Supply Chain and Production (Quantification, Allocation and Pricing models are some examples) to Customer areas (recommendation engines, etc.).
The AI Community goal is to enable and support the AI Foundation grow through the offering of training initiatives, as well as the creation and coordination of H&M AI community, and establishing collaboration with other external communities as needed. Many activities such as building up our community, coordinating live and digital events, as well as making sure that the content shared on our internal learning platform is of quality.

Job Description


We are looking for an experienced tech writer with strong AI knowledge who will be responsible for writing, maintaining user focused documentation (tutorials, how-to guides, concept doc., storyboards for video production, and sample code), but also design and develop projects showing how our platforms are used in practice. You will also partner up with the AI Learning & Development lead on platform training initiatives.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand new features and documents, but also translate further complex technical concepts and components into accurate and impactful visual aids for all types of users and level of experience within AI.


Qualifications


Required skills/qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• A bachelor’s degree in data science, engineering, statistics, computer science, or a related field

• Strong AI knowledge and work experience
• Experience transforming raw content from technical contributors into clear and easily readable materials
• Technical knowledge in one or more key data analysis areas (e.g., machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, relational database modeling, SQL, data manipulation and wrangling)

• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation that explain technical concepts and procedures related to key areas of data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to develop and document practical examples that showcase software functionalities for the purpose of helping users solve real-world problems
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with highly technical teams and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders
“Nice to have” skills/qualifications:
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for learning new technologies
Required language skills:
• Native written & verbal English
