About the role
Voyado is looking for a Technical Writer to develop and create technical documentation at Voyado. In this role you will be responsible for making sure that product documentation is developer friendly. You will collaborate with Product Development and be a part of the Product Operations team based in Hammarby Sjöstad, Stockholm.
As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the product team and continuously develop, improve, and maintain technical documentation.
- Work with creating a scalable information structure, primarily the part aimed for external developers, I.e. focus on API-calls and other means of integration and connectivity.
- Adapt documentation depending on target groups
- Partner with product development, partner companies, and developers at our customers helping to ensure a consistent and coherent content experience across various documents and communication channels

You can analyze complex problems and present them simply. You can work independently, or with different groups such as UX, marketing and customer success.Skills and background
You are passionate about writing.
- Great communication skills. Full proficiency in Swedish and English (technical English), both spoken and written.
- B.Sc/M.Sc (http://b.sc/M.Sc) in a technical field or having attained this knowledge through work experience as a technical writer
- 4-6 years experience in technical documentation or equivalent relevant experience.
