Machine safety, compliance and quality
As a Technical Writer, you belong to a team that works with technical documentation, work processes and machine safety. In the role, you are responsible for creating and maintaining operator instructions, safety instructions, control documents, user manuals and other technical documentation for the production department. Our main focuses are HSE, safe use of machinery, compliance with legal requirements and quality.

Your main tasks will be:

* Create and update operator instructions in an iterative process with data collection (images, existing data, interviews), reviews and finally an approval workflow.
* Create and update user manuals in accordance with the machinery directive in cases where NKT is a machine manufacturer.
* Be involved in relevant projects/minor machine changes and follow the schedule for delivery of operator and safety instructions, user manuals and other technical documentation.


Structured and with technical interest 
To thrive in the role you need to be analytical, structured and thorough with a solution oriented way of thinking. You are communicative, have a strong cooperative approach and a genuine interest in creating, writing and presenting information for different target groups. Your communicative side lets you speak for yourself, as well as the department, in various contacts with both internal and external customers and management alike.

To be successful in the role, you should have the following experience:

* Successfully completed technical training or technical studies
* Ability to analyse and develop content and structure of technical information for better readability and understanding 
* Knowledge of the Machinery Directive and machinery safety 
* Knowledge of creating illustrations and handling images 
* Good knowledge of Office programs 
* Experience of working as a Technical Writer in industry is an advantage. 
* Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
