Technical Writer

Because, when enterprises pivot to usage-based business models, they often make an unfortunate discovery. Their systems weren’t built to handle the massive data volumes and complexity that usage-based models generate. This causes them to leak revenue and respond too slowly to customer demand. DigitalRoute solves this by creating a real-time usage data layer for enterprises. Our products transform raw usage data into clear information for billing, in real time and at high scale.
What you'll do
Develop comprehensive documentation assets such as user documentation and release documentation that meet the industry and organisational standards
Obtain a deep understanding of our products and services to translate complex product information into easy-to-understand and engaging content
Work in an international company with a global market
Work as part of different teams (some remotely) as well as individually
Participate in the full product development cycle, from idea generation to getting feedback from end customers

We think that you
Love the challenge of providing clear and concise user information for a variety of users
Native English speaker with a proficiency in UX copywriting is a plus
Hava a hands-on mindset approach and you like to test a feature to create or update relevant information
Are happy to communicate with your colleagues all over the world
Have a least 2-5 years of experience in technical writing
Have a passion for technology and you are eager to learn new applications and skills
Have a good attention to detail
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Are adept at prioritising your tasks and multi-tasking
Have experience in maintaining a documentation framework
