Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery are now looking for a Technical Writer.

The main responsibility of the Technical Writer will be to provide a professional, commercial touch to produced marketing materials as part of the Service portfolio of products and services. The candidate shall have the ability to create, incorporate and convey technical material in a concise and coherent manner for business clients as well as turn product advantages into commercial arguments.

What are my responsibilities?

Review all service products/bulletins and accompanying presentations (safety, improvement, advisory)
Review/Create Finspong Service-specific presentations and brochures
Coordinate presentations and external materials for development projects that have a large commercial impact (advanced business sales, new maintenance plans, new technologies)
Involved in the commercialization process of key projects (sales support during limited sales releases)
Review user conference materials (presentations, invitations, etc.)
Review of external conference presentations
Review all internal/external news publications from language and commercial perspective
Support sales with specific customer presentations

What do I need to qualify for this job?

The position will require close cooperation with Business Development, Engineering, Sales, Market Communications and Legal Services. You need to be fluent in English as well as have a good understanding of the products used in the energy industry.
You are well organized, self-motivated with strong prioritization skills. You have proven high level customer service orientation, teamwork, quality, and communications skills.
You are a true team-player and will nurture from working within a global company.
