Technical Writer

Since 2017 Doktor.se has been building a platform for digital healthcare that has now grown to be the third largest in Europe, and now we have plans to expand even further. Are you a budding or experienced Technical Writer looking to join a very new team and to help shape the documentation? This might be it!

Job Description

As a Technical Writer you will:

- write user and developer manuals
- write product feature descriptions
- peer review work of your technical writer colleagues
- contribute to documentation process improvements
- contribute to documentation standards
- help engineering and other departments with their documentation needs




Qualifications and personal qualities

- at least 3 years of experience as a technical writer, preferably within the software development industry
- experience working with a version control system, preferably Git
- notion of writing Markdown (or other markup languages)
- curiosity and drive to understand things when creating documentation
- ability to set your own work and update priorities based on teams' and stakeholders' needs
- fluency in English, both spoken and written
- some coding experience would be nice, but not a must
