The Technical Information Management team is now looking for a driven and creative Technical Writer.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Technical Information Management is part of the Corporate Marketing department. The overall goal of the Technical Information Management team is to author and design accurate, consistent and user friendly technical documentation for Axis’ network products.

In this position, daily work entails gathering highly technical information from subject matter experts, studying existing material and transforming it into valid information for our partners, system integrators and end-users.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

* Create world class user documentation solutions for Axis products
* Responsible for maintenance of existing user documentation
* Generate datasheets in cooperation with the Product Marketing team

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a positive and dedicated team player with excellent problem solving skills. As a person you are focused and efficient with the ability to deliver on time. You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant for technical writing, and a keen interest in exploring and learning more about our technology.

To function well in the role it´s crucial that you have excellent English skills. Experience and knowledge in XML authoring (Arbortext editor) and content management systems (Windchill) is essential. Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite is highly valued.

CORPORATE MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Corporate Marketing is responsible for the global marketing strategy and planning, in accordance with the company’s overall goals and business strategy. Technical Information Management is part of the Corporate Marketing department, where the team also cooperates with the Training team and the Product Marketing team.
