Technical Writer to Gothenburg

Job description
Randstad Technologies is now looking for a Technical Writer within Partner Relations. This is a consultant opportunity for our client in the Automotive industry.
 
The aim of the Partner Relations team is to deliver an outstanding developer journey. This will be enabled by our collaboration channel, The Developer Portal. The Developer Portal will guide partners throughout their collaboration with one of the brands within the organisation. We will succeed through strong skills in the translation of customer demands, solution architecture and implementation in business / region-specific contexts.

Responsibilities
The role:
You will work in close collaboration together with the team that is responsible for Partner developed services, and the delivery of our Developer Portal as a channel towards everyone willing to collaborate with a brand. In the team, you create, write and edit technical documentation of our Developer Products, such as manuals, guides and product information, and be part of the relentless improvement of the processes surrounding them.

Your profile:
You are a person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions but still keep the big picture perspective since our environment constantly evolves in unexpected ways. You are structured and pedagogic, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business-oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and like taking on responsibility.

We think that you have:
• A broad background in documenting API’s and developer facing products
• Experience of creating technical documentation and a pedagogic mindset
• A global and agile mindset with great communication skills
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken with a valid work-permit for Sweden, if you are a non-EU-citizen
