Shift Electric Mobility is available in four countries: Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. Our customers operate public transport by electric buses, and our responsibility is to ensure their reliability in daily operations, regardless of time, weather, and problem with the bus. This with the help of our service networks with techniques with their expertise in electric vehicles.
Long story short - we are an exciting start-up, characterized by entrepreneurship, a genuine care for people and a fast growth. As a result of this we are now looking for several technicians to join our great team in Helsinki.

What you will do
You will work as a technician in our workshop in Helsinki together with 5 other great colleagues. Your typical day includes performing different kind of service campaigns, vehicle trouble shooting & repairs. In the role as our Mobile Technician you will also be given the opportunity to visit our customers workshops.
Main responsibilities for the roles are:
Troubleshooting electrical & mechanical failures on the vehicles
Perform different kinds of service campaigns
Do Pre-Delivery Inspection to new vehicles
Repair & replace spare parts
Report writing and administration

You should be a team player who’s eager to help when needed and share knowledge within the team but also someone who can work independently and dare to take own initiative.
Other requirements for the role are:
Work experience and knowledge as a mechanic
Having an interest in new technology and vehicles
