C.N.S. Systems AB is based in Linköping, Sweden with an affiliated company in St John’s, Canada. C.N.S. Systems AB provides communication and network solutions with high technical competence in transponder technology and radio communication.
We are looking for a new Technique, Quality and Project Manager (TQPM). Work will be performed very much independently, demanding a high degree of initiative and a result-oriented focus. This position reports to the CEO referring to project and quality issues. The role of the TQPM includes strategic planning and requires insight in product and system aspects. It also refers to management to ensure functionality and efficiency of the quality system and within project management.
The position requires travelling to some extent.
Technique/Quality Management
The overall responsibility is to develop and maintain the management system of the CNS Systems Group (CNS Sweden and CNS Canada). The main responsibilities and focus areas are:
· Responsibility for the Technique and Quality management systems.
· Responsibility for certificates/certifications, contact with authorities and certifying bodies.
· Responsibility for the internal processes.
· Monitoring of suppliers’ processes and overall quality to ensure that CNS products are produced and delivered with correct quality.
· Responsibility for internal and external quality audits.
· Responsibility to formulate and monitor key indicators to assess performance of processes and technology.
· Management of quality development and coordination of quality management system and processes at our sites within the company.
· Management/responsibility for product and article releases, including record keeping and related updates of development and production archives as well as approval of documentation in accordance with product related development processes.
· Participating in order reception with system/product related input and preparation of delivery folder(s) to ensure correct delivery items (products, software, accessories, and documentation).
· Encouraging creativity in the development team.
· Collaboration with the Production team and the Support team.
· Encourage internal collaboration to assure customer focus and target costing.
· Encourage internal collaboration to assure accomplishment with respect to process management as defined in the Quality System.
Project Management
The overall responsibility is to plan, manage and follow-up projects that aims to develop new products or update existing products. The main responsibilities and focus areas are:
· Initiating projects related to system/product development.
· Responsibility to generate project management documentation in accordance with process requirements (project plan, risk analysis, minutes of meeting, etc.).
· Responsibility to meet project targets.
· Responsibility to maintain project planning.
· Responsibility to follow the project management and development processes.
· Responsibility to follow-up project cost.
· Responsibility to report progress to management on a regular basis.
· Monitoring and control of project risks.

Professional experience and required competence.
· Has as a minimum high school engineering education with examination in relevant field.
· At least 5 years of experience in electronic industry manufacturing with at least 2-3 years of experience working in a quality department (or similar experience).
· Has experience as Project Manager.
· Has knowledge of ISO-9001.
· Is well structured with the ability to draw conclusions and act with steady focus.
· Have knowledge of drawing and schematic reading.
· Is taking initiatives and acting independently with focus on results.
· Swedish and English languages fluently, both verbally and in writing. All documentation is in English.
