We are looking for a Technology Centre Manager to run our Technology Centres in Sweden and Italy!
In this role, you will manage a world top-class R&D team across Sweden, Italy, and Poland. Together with your team you will create and sustain a technical organization that can deliver a stream of new and competitive products, which will provide the future revenue and profit stream of the business. The goal is to defend and advance our market share and profitability by employing the best and the latest technology in our products meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

Your responsibilities
Establish the Technology Centre (TC) mission, vision, and organizational structure to support the global long-term strategy
Make sure that your area of responsibility is appropriately organized, skilled, coached, and directed
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope
Collaborate with the global TC-team and cross-functionally for sharing of best practices, processes and to ensure knowledge transfer
Assure Quality of solutions and that appropriate risk management is in place
Create and prepare the annual budget for the Technology Centres and ensure the annual spending is within the approved budget

Your background
You hold a Bachelor’s or above in engineering in Physics, electrical, or mechanical engineering
Sold experience in R&D project management
You have a global mind-set and notable influencing and networking skills in a highly international and multi-cultural context
You are comfortable with managing and implementing change
As a leader you are engaged, customer-focused and can translate strategies to meaningful work for your employees
Proficiency in English is required since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world
