We are now looking for a Content Coordinator to support our Technology unit and play a valuable role in ensuring a smooth and unified flow of information across technology areas.

About this opportunity
What you’ll be doing:
* Play a central role in unified knowledge sharing across the Technology areas, in alignment with our common priorities.
* Prepare high-quality presentation materials to support leaders in delivering consistent messages across Technology units.
* Facilitate key meetings conducted by Technology leaders and document resulting actions.
* Prepare agenda topics, quality assure content and be a proactive sparring partner.
* Identify topics of interest to employees and review / adjust meeting structure as relevant.
* Coordinate the communication release on internal channels.
* Act as Liaison Officer towards our Communication team.
This is a new permanent role. We will hire one new team member, who can locate in Copenhagen, Gdansk, Gdynia, Helsinki, Oslo, or Stockholm.

* Relevant university degree (Business Administration, Marketing, etc) or equivalent work experience.
* Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written.
* Proficient in MS Office.
Additional background and/or skillset, that are beneficial in this role:
* Previous experience as a Communicator, Management Partner or Adviser is an asset.
* Professional experience using, updating and maintaining community tools (i.e.Yammer).
* Video editing experience, and technology-oriented approach.
