Technology Cooperation Manager

About the position 
For our Technical Cooperation Department, at our R&D centre, we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated candidate who would like to support the work of the Director as a Technology Cooperation Manager  
 
Responsibilities: 
Keep pacing with the cutting-edge ICT technologies’ status and trend of leading universities, research institutes and companies, provide the right partner per the request of SRC/HQ: 
Manage all the cooperation projects initiated by SRC/HQ according to company’s procedures and processes; 
Sourcing and providing proper cooperation partners for certain cooperation projects of SRC and HQ 
Recommending potential valuable partners to SRC and HQ 
Build the extensive and long-term relationship with the leading universities, research institutes and companies; 
Identify key initiatives for direction and potential cooperation projects; 
 
Skills requirements      
Master’s or PhD in telecommunication, EE, computer science, or similar fields of ICT; 
Minimum of 5 years working experience in the industry with both big companies and start-ups; 
Ability to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally towards external partners; 
Extensive and profound knowledge and understanding of the details of the cutting-edge ICT technologies; 
Broad connections with academy and industry (including universities, research institutes, VCs, start-ups and companies);  
Excellent interpersonal skills, team-work spirit and independent working capability; 
Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish or Chinese (Mandarin) will be considered a plus  
Short-term travels in Europe and China (HQ) are required.
