About the role
As a SAP Technology Lead you will be lead responsible for Hybris Commerce solution to a selected customer portfolio in Sweden. You will be subject matter expert for resolution of complex Hybris Commerce Technical matters in close cooperation with both customer and SAP and act as lead advisor both for existing customers as well as in sales cases within the SAP Hybris Commerce.
Your Key Result Areas:
Act as Technology Lead within Hybris Commerce and be Technical lead for a global team of 8-10 Hybris Technical consultants. The role is currently not defined with personell resonsibility, but a clear Technical lead responsibility
Interact with customers: guide and advise of changes in organizational structures, how to meet external and internal requirements within Hybirs Commerce
Be Technology Lead in implementation projects, larger enhancement projects or major upgrades
Interact with customers as well as SAP how to meet legal requirements, analyse SAP notes, verify and test new functionality from SAP and guide the customer in implementation
Develop SAP skills and follow market trends and how legislation develops
Must Haves:
Strong experience in SAP Hybris Commerce Technical ( 2011 and higher versions) area with multiple implementation experience.
Ability to advise customer on SAP Best Practice and SAP solutions to meet company requirements, as well as legal requirements, for accounting. This also includes interacting with third parties such as SAP and customer’s auditors
Team worker and experience to work, interact, lead and develop global teams. The role currently does not require personal responsibility, but the ability to manage a team is expected, independent if it is through informal or formal management
Nice to Have/ Your chance to grow
