Role – Technology Lead - Storage (SAN)
Location – Stockholm, Sweden
Required
Good hands-on experience Huawei Oceanstor and Dorado block storage , DellEMC VPLEX and Brocade SAN switches and directors
• Perform day-to-day operations including allocations, Lun reclamations, setup replications, LUN expansion
• Performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and capacity planning for the storage environment
• Creating SOPs and preparing runbooks in the part of change implementation plan
• Should have Datacenter knowledge and awareness of Data Security
• SAN provisioning, add and remove zones, create aliases on Brocade SAN Switches
• Good experience on Brocade SAN Switches, Upgrades, Fiber cables, ISL trunks configurations
• Ability to perform Storage DR and migration related activities
• Experienced in patch management and upgrades (Firmware, software) on Storage systems
• Communicate with peers and managers regarding storage administration issues
• Should have knowledge on ITIL process and ITSM ticketing tools
• Co-ordinate with Vendors for change activities including upgrades, installs, and part replacements
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills with the ability to determine problems and act without supervision
• Excellent customer service support capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Should have knowledge on VMware virtualization environment
Preferred
Certification on SAN (Huawei Oceanstor and Dorado block storage, DellEMC VPLEX or Brocade SAN Switching)
