Responsibilities: Collect and analyze the requirements in the field of packet core, the scope includes: - Requirements of Tier 1 operators - The moves of industry and competitor - The development and trends of the technology Take charge of technical research projects for packet core - The scopes of projects will focus on key technologies research, solution design and feasibility analysis, may relate to framework of packet core and end to end procedure - The content of projects mainly for value-added service and policy control, QoS and QoE, convergence of mobility and fixed, traffic management and optimization, and so on. Direct the technical activities - Innovate and defined network architecture and solutions - Develop technical specifications and papers - And then push them to contribute to the customer?s success Working with the HQ team, give some of constructive suggestions about system design and performance optimization for next generation products Qualifications: More than 20 years telecom background in a well-known equipment vendor or Tier 1 operators, more than 10 years direct experience in solution design within RND department Have the right of speech in PS industry or standard body, and have a successful story about the influence on the company board or operator board to make right decision Sensitive insight on the pain points of Tier 1 operators and the industry trend of Packet Core Proficient in the knowledge of products and solution, mainly for the field of Packet Core Network( 3G/EPC ), Value-add Service( Intelligent/Traffic Management and Optimization ) , IP Multimedia Subsystem( PCC ), and Data Network(Routing/Transport). FMC is a plus. Personally direct technical research project, and achieve the success Others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and work skills within a multi-cultural team Fluent English speaking and writing
