Technology Learning Consultant to Celemi in Malmö

Job description
Celemi is a leading international provider of strategic communication and learning, with a focus on experiential learning and business simulations. Celemi is now looking for a Technology Learning Consultant with excellent communication and technical skills to work at the head office in Malmö. As a Technology Learning Consultant at Celemi, you will be a part of a diverse and professional team working in a global setting. Responsibilities
This role is operational in it's nature and offer a variety of developing tasks and challenges. You will contribute to the technology development  and be a part of the Product/Concept Development projects with focus on authoring tool output and other digital platforms that client projects lead to.  You will work in a close cooperation with the clients and play an integral role in developing, facilitating and producing virtual classroom sessions. Therefore, you should be comfortable with being an educative person. You will also be responsible for a future generic database and dashboard, that is used to measure the simulation user results. Video/media production is requested more by clients, and we need you to take responsibilities in this area.  As a Technology Learning Consultant, you will be helpful in driving digital change and be the link between Celemi and technology providers.

You appreciate independent work but  is a team player as well. Furthermore you are used to an agile working method.

Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for contributing to the knowledge-sharing environment. Qualifications
Education within relevant field of study - preferably Informatics or Economics
Experience of consulting & direct customer contact
Professional user of Authoring tools
Experience in Video/media production
Basic programming knowledge in HTML, Java 
Understanding of systems and Information Management
Fluent in English, both orally and written. Swedish is a big plus!

Bonus points…
Experience of digital product development in learning/training
Experience from virtual classroom and facilitation
Basic financial understanding
