Your responsibilities:
Being responsible for department budget and R&D budgetYou will be a part of the management team Driving R&D initiatives and executionTogether with Head of Operations, occasionally managing customer projectsWorking with Lean product developmentEnsuring team developmentHandling HR-tasks relating to salary, PDA, recruitment etc.Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
Your background:
M.Sc. or PhD degreeSolid background within R&DSome years’ experience as manager of team managersProduct development experienceSW R&D background is preferableExperience from working in an international environment is a plusFluency in Swedish and English
