In this role, you will manage procurement, tenders, optimization and business support to our Technology organization. This includes existing purchasing volumes and supplier relations as well as driving new initiatives within infrastructure, storage, software, licenses, hardware, services, consultants and other related costs.
This is a new role and building something in a fast-moving environment is appealing to you. From day one, you will be involved in cross-geographical projects and work with people in different roles in most of the 19 markets where we have operations.

Specifically, this role is about;
• Owning, facilitating, implementing and following up on cost savings with a clear focus on Technology
• Implementing a category management structure
• Managing supplier relations and ensure our suppliers are “on their toes” and motivated to do their best for us

Our Group Procurement Team consists of three dedicated and experienced members. They all have different skills and their own areas of responsibilities – but collaboration and support are instrumental to all of the team members and they make sure to share insights and exchange ways of working across the team. You will report to the Group Procurement Manager. This role is based in Solna, Sweden and includes occasional travel to our Bisnode offices around Europe.

Är det här du?
You have been working with procurement within technology for 5-10 years. You have an academic degree in Engineering, Finance or Legal and have gained experience from similar roles or assignments, preferably in a multi-national setting, where license management will be an advantage.

Most importantly - you have an excellent track record of realizing true P&L savings. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, where systems and structure may not always follow the pace of business, and where you can make an impact when creating solutions. Having a pragmatic and a “dig where you stand” approach will make you successful. We require full working proficiency in Swedish and English and kindly as that you hold a valid work permit.
