As a Technology Risk & Quality specialist you will be part of the Framework team within PwC SE IT and contribute with an in-depth understanding of how our quality and risk frameworks can be used as true enablers for us to reach our strategic goals. You will be the go to person for the teams and help them connect the dots hence close collaboration and a deep interest in how we deliver technology solutions is key.
For this role, some of your main responsibilities will be:
Enhance and implement the PwC SE Technology rulebook and support our delivery teams in how we bring it into everything we do. From idea to decommission.
Work closely with other parts of Risk & Quality community in PwC including our security organization to early on bring in new perspective and impact our ways of working
Drive the IT stream related to the quality management system, Internal audits, Information security management (ISP) and PwC Network standards compliance.
Work with all teams on data quality in key applications such as our CMDB, Service Now (SNow)
Drive the work on quality monitoring and KPIs related to key processes
Drive ways of working related to core ITIL processes and how this can work together with agile development
Drive the work related to the quality champions network

What are we looking for in this position?
You are well structured, able to lead yourself and others and have the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. You are a problem solver and a team player who likes to find solutions together with other colleagues, either within the team or together with other stakeholders.
You have probably been close to both internal and external audits focused on IT and are familiar with information security and quality management frameworks such as ISO27001 and ISQM1.
You are also familiar with IT risk and governance frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT and want to find the best ways for how they can work alongside agile methodologies.
