Would you like to make a difference in bridging Infrastructure Engineering with our core stakeholders in Technology? Our area has recently gone through a big transition with outsourcing of Engineering Operations tasks to external supplier and we are entering a very exciting time of transformation. We are now looking for a Technical Service Lead to be the focal point to one or more units/business areas, take responsibility for driving processes and collaboration, in order to ensure that we will meet business needs.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Infrastructure Transformation within Infrastructure Engineering, where we are responsible for stakeholder engagements across the bank towards Infrastructure Engineering and our suppliers as well as driving central strategic topics across the same. We add value by ensuring close collaboration between us and our stakeholders and ensure quality in our deliveries. As Technology Service Lead, you’ll play a valuable role in making this happen.

What you’ll be doing:
* Act as focal point and proactively communicate initiatives and projects between Infrastructure Engineering and stakeholder units
* Based on your understanding of the business needs and your knowledge about the technical landscape and our platforms, you are the one translating business needs into infrastructure services and making sure that services are being seamlessly delivered
* You develop constructive "offers", incl. a plan for the following steps and help stakeholders navigating their responsibilities. You will be advising stakeholders and running projects
* Manage requests for engineering solutions and escalations
* Orchestrate and facilitate complex requests
* Improve relations, processes and solutions

You’ll join a team of 6 enthustiac Technology Service Lead colleagues that share a passion for enabling relations and releasing the power of Technology. The role is based in any of the Nordic Countries or Poland.

* Are motivated by both building from scratch and raising the bar for what we already have
* Are fantastic at teamwork and at the same time capable of working independently

Your experience and background: 
* Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
* Previous experience coordinating across complex distributed teams and suppliers in a previous role as Service Delivery Manager or Service Manager
* Broad understanding of IT landscape and technologies
* Experience working with IT infrastructure of some kind is an asset
* Experience working with ITIL, LEAN and optimisation of some kind is an asset
