Technology Specialist EFD

Aseptic Technology group within Packaging Technology D&E is responsible for developing Aseptic Technology Competence, setting and maintaining Aseptic Corporate Standards and developing technologies and technical solutions in support of future applications.The purpose of the role as Technology Specialist is to sustain and expand in-house usage of experimental techniques for fluid dynamics measurements (EFD) with focus on laser diagnostics.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Scientific responsibility for the laser diagnostics activities
- Expert on laser diagnostics for fluid dynamic measurements
- Responsibility for tests with the laser diagnostics methods in lab, rigs or machines and developing these methods further
- Contribute to the development and usage of other type of measuring techniques for flow characteristics in lab, rigs or machines
- Together with CFD experts develop and support methods for comparison of experimental data and CFD result
- Keep abreast of new developments in the field of experimental fluid dynamics
- Contribute to the design and optimisation of critical components and processes related to aseptic technology and fluid dynamics.


Kvalifikationer

As a person you are independent and have excellent communication skills.You have strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to design issues.Furthermore you must have the ability to work in a cross functional technical environment and be able to interact at both a technical level and with top management.We are looking for a person that has a company expert role as a long term career objective.

The successful candidate has a Master of Science Degree and preferably a PhD in Fluid Dynamics, Combustion Physics or other academic discipline applying laser diagnostics.
