TECHNOLOGY TEAM LEAD TO THE TRAVEL INDUSTRY- Stockolm/Remote

We are looking for a Technology Team Lead on behalf of one of our customers.
We are now looking for a talented and dedicated leader to join the Reservation and Inventory Pod, which is responsible for building and running the Platform's central inventory and reservation services.
The Technology Team Lead is a critical role within the Domain, responsible for leading the Programme Change team and delivering business value in accordance with business needs and customer strategy. You must have a proven track record of genuine delivery accountability in agile environments, as well as hands-on delivery experience and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a variety of situations.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Every day, as a Technology Team Lead, you will face multiple challenges and collaborate closely with the Product Owner and a diverse set of stakeholders. To guide your team to provide technology solutions that result in the best possible digital experiences for our customers, you'll need to be resilient, innovative, and engaged in your practises.
One of your key responsibilities in your role is to the people you support, ensuring that they are growing within their area of expertise, learning new skills, doing valuable work, cooperating well, and feeling engaged and supported. You will serve as a servant leader and enabler for your team, assisting in the development and maintenance of delivery plans, timeframes, resource requirements, key deliverables/milestones, risks, and progress.
You will be in charge of the expansion and development of agility within your area and the Domain. You will concentrate on assisting your team in self-organization and to continue to expand its capabilities and autonomy.
You will identify and actively manage impediments while ensuring open communication about progress, impediments, and solutions. You'll be fantastic at identifying, de-escalating, and resolving conflicts within and between teams. You will also plan and manage your team's costs, look for efficiencies, and motivate your team to achieve the Objectives and Key Results agreed for your team/pod as well as the strategic results for the Pod as a whole, in collaboration with the Head of Technology. Where applicable, you will also be responsible for work prioritisation within technical teams.
About You
Passionate about and well-versed in agile software delivery practises, as well as delivering business value and driving continuous improvement
Proven track record of team leadership and agile software delivery
Working knowledge of domain-driven design and event-based architecture
Proven track record of delivering high-performance backend services, preferably in a serverless cloud-based environment Experience working in a DevSecOps environment and having a DevSecOps mindset
Knowledge of Python and document databases is highly desirable.
Experience leading and coaching others in an international setting; a strong track record of developing and growing people
Duration: 6 months + extension
Location: Stockholm / Remote
