TechOps Engineer

The Position
In this position, you will be working on the technology side of their clients and user experience as well as with user support. The work tasks will include mobile device management, Windows client management, application management and user support. You will be a part of their global IT organization that supports and enables their users all over the world. In this role, you will both take part in and lead business and internal improvement projects, and there are many opportunities for working with various tasks and challenges. The position is at our customers headquarters in Karlskrona, and travels to their different offices around the world might occur.


Our customer is a global function providing IT services and support to all 28 subsidiaries within the group. The IT department is based at the headquarters where all infrastructure is developed and maintained. They are working in a modern IT environment with many interesting and challenging projects and activities ahead.


Background
- College or equivalent education within the IT area.
- Excellent computer skills and at least 3 years work experience in relevant area.
- Experience of Microsoft operating systems and office products.
- Experience of various client related technologies (Mobile Device Management, SCCM, application packaging).
- Fluent in English. Spoken and written.


Knowledge in one or multiple areas Is meritorious:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Azure/Office365
- Application whitelisting
- Application management
- ITIL or similar framework


As a person, you are positive, service-minded, and have a big interest in new technology and a commitment to what you do. You have a good mix of analytical, troubleshooting and educational abilities and you focus on the user and the user experience. You are driven and you take initiative and ownership of your activities and projects. Both working individually or in a group feels natural to you.
