The position
Cambio has built an organization to deliver our products as a service. We are looking for a TechOps Engineer who wants to join our Technical and Service Operations team and be part of maintaining and improving the infrastructure for what is Sweden's largest electronic health record (EHR).
You will work in a team of experienced professionals to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage internal and external environments and document daily operational procedures. The job involves handling tasks related to system development, testing, and maintenance, technical analysis of system issues, assisting in product development, system administration, and load and performance tuning.

About you
You are skilled in technical problem-solving, with a strong ability to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other teams and stakeholders. You are proactive and able to take the initiative to identify areas for improvement. You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for service-level responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience in large-scale system administration
- Experience with the operation and maintenance of Windows server
- Experience with networks, familiar with load balancers, OTP, 2FA, firewalls, and routing.
- Experience with Windows Clustering
- Fluent in spoken and written English
It's a bonus if you
- Experience with Linux
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
