Task and Responsibilities
Handling technical support queries from Fronius customers and partners. This would include assisting customers via phone or email with technical troubleshooting, as well as pre-sales topics such as PV system configuration and dimensioning.
Preparing technical documentation and training materials.
Assisting in the organisation and moderation of customer training events.
Providing internal technical support and assisting colleagues with technical queries.
Participating in trade shows, exhibitions and Fronius events.
In exceptional cases, supporting Fronius customers in the region with onsite service assignments and commissioning.



Skills & Requirements
Completed education in electronics or electrical installation required. Higher level education is desirable, but could be compensated through practical experience.
Basic knowledge in the field of network technology required.
Practical experience with the installation of residential BUS or LAN systems desirable.
Knowledge and practical experience in the field of renewable energy and particularly photovoltaic technologies desirable.
Resourceful, responsible and independent attitude required. Ideally proven through practical experience of problem solving.
Communicative personality.
Motivated by supporting customers and developing customer relationships.
Knowledge of MS Office
Willingness to travel (10%)



Languages
Fluent in Swedish
Good written and spoken English
