Assignment: This is a consultant assignment ongoing to end of the year with a chance of extension.

Role description:

Provide internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment-related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction. Ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Coordinates resolution with After- Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams.
You will also help customers with questions within for example spare parts orders, also about warranty handling, continuously update the customer register and technical support.

About you:

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a degree or masters in relevant field within tech, example within engineering. You have 2-6 years of experience working within a similar role. We also see that you have knowledge in excel and ms office, if you have experience in SAP it is a plus. You must also have knowledge in writing and speaking in both english and swedish.
