As our data analyst, we believe you to be a real excavator as you will dig into a lot of quantitative data. You are probably someone who prefers to base your decisions on fact and love to analyze results.
We also expect you to have:
A Master’s degree in relevant field.
good technical understanding.
3+ years solid hands-on experience in behavioral data analytics of which at least some experience with high focus on early adoption phase
Experience of working together with qualitative user researchers or having done qualitative research yourself.
Master skills in visualizing data in PowerBI or similar.

The role and responsibilities
As a Data analyst, you will dig into quantitative behavioral data to draw conclusions on how our products are used and how to best measure success metrics. An important part is being able to communicate well with stakeholders to both understand their needs and to explain what conclusions you draw as actionable metrics. You will also explore new areas for research based not only on your findings but also on qualitative research by fellow UX researchers in your team.
In this position, you will be:
Communicating with stakeholders and UX researcher
Proposing best ways to measure the outcome of actions.
Analyzing usage statistics.
Long term research as well as meeting urgent information needs
Visualizing the data.
