Teknisk Direktör - Stockholm

K-Lab Projektering AB is a structural engineering consultancy with offices in Stockholm, Göteborg, Malmö and Mumbai.
Due to continued growth and investment the business is looking to further expand and is keen to recruit a suitably experienced Technical Director with either a Civil or Structural engineering consultancy background.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and streamline the technical engineering processes of the consultancy
· Oversee the continuous professional development of staff
· Deliver and oversee technical engineering projects
· Develop long term client relationships and future work through repeat business
· Help lead and grow the company
Core Expertise
· Either chartered or near charted status in the Institution of Structural Engineers, Institution of Civil Engineers, or similar professional body
· 7 years postgraduate technical engineering consultancy experience across projects in residential, commercial, aviation, industrial and education
· Very good experience of structural analysis software (Strusoft, FEM, Robot), experience of BIM and knowledge of all structural materials (Concrete – precast & insitu, steel, timber, masonry, glass)
· Networking and ideally a demonstrable track record of business development
