We are constantly growing and are now looking for a Project Manager to strengthen our customer unit. The unit is a part of our customers' Product Development Unit that drives the end-to-end research and development of the customers' radio products and solutions. The Unit is responsible for the release of features on legacy radio products and ASIC towards all radio products. In this role, you will be responsible for the ELSS/ ORAN release on legacy AAS products within RA massive MIMO.

Key responsibilities:

- Driving ELSS/ORAN releases on AAS products with radio impact, covering planning scope on SW design, HW and SW verification, HW integration, and release handling.
- Project management on scope, cost, and schedule
- Ensure key stakeholder communication on the project status and key milestones.
- Drive for timely fact-based decisions even when paradoxes are present with stakeholders.
- Coach and support team member with lean WoW under product development framework


Key qualifications for the position:

- Minimum 6 years of working experience
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or relative working experience as a leader
- Planning and Organizing
- Lean, Agile & Flow Knowledge and Skills
- Coaching and Mentoring Skills
- E2E Product Development Knowledge
- Domain experience is preferred: Radio and RAN SW release experience, Radio development framework.
